These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for the relevant entity you contract with, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, where permitted.
10. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
